I use the ccleaner too, and it's brilliant.

i [sometimes] use chrome and have terrible issues with speed/stability etc

i have googled lots about it and although it doesnt seem to help me :(

the word on the street is to make sure you are only using ONE version of flashplayer

adobe will usually be installed on your pc somewhere and google like to install their own version as well and running both is supposed to be the BIG conflicting issue

it is suggested that you disable googles version and only run ONE

so, in the chrome address bar paste this

    chrome://plugins/

and you should see something like this [versions irrelevant]

    1377443_10151907266476001_694546747_n.jpg

click on the enable/disable hyperlinks until it looks like the above pic and you are only using the lower PC System installed version

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\........

close your browser and then restart and see if things improve

    HTH & GL ;)

This might be worth a try. Instead of opening all the links you want in one go, C&P them onto a blank Word document for each mag every day. It literally takes a few seconds. Then comp from that list, opening as many/few at a time as you like.

I used to do it that way, and it worked fine. Although now I comp directly from the MSE page.

    Blu X

Edit: sorry, I forgot to say why I think that might help. Because you can, for example, do four at a time, mark where you are, come back and carry on from where you left off. Instead of having to actually wait and watch it slowly running through the vids.

When you talk down to others it says more about you than them.
  • I use this add on for firefox, it enables you to block flash movies and is easy to enable or disable as needed.
