I'm looking for advice filling out a d11 form. I already have a decree nisi however this was in 2008 so I now need to fill in forms d11 and d36. in the original divorce I was the respondent. can anyone enlighten me as to whether when filling in d11 I am now the petitioner or still the respondent. thank you

I *think* you are the Petitioner when it comes to a delayed D11 submission, as you are the one starting the process to ask for an order.
What order are you requesting? Why do you need a D11 as well as a D36?
To be honest, you might be better registering and asking this on the Wikivorce forum, as they're more expert over there:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Isn't that just form D36?
To be honest, I can't remember what form D36 says - I was in a very odd situation due to cross-petitioningHopefully someone else can advise shortly (or you can ask on Wikivorce)
