How do you post pictures on this forum? It doesn't seem to be the same as others I use.

You need to have the photo already hosted on a website and then you link to it.
I don't think you can just post a photo from your computer.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
