Ripped the cable on the iphone 4s screen!

Hi. While replacing the power flex i had to remove the screen. While puttinv it back in ive ripped one if the flex cables of the screen, the longer one if that makes sense? Anyway i was wondering if i need a full screen replacement now or just one thing? I cant see how to seperate the lcd from the glass so im thinking i need to buy the whole thing. Like this???

Ok so ive ripped the digitizer cable, but as far as i can see the digitiser and lcd are one piece, but i can see the digitiser going for a few quid on ebay while the whole part is 20!! Is it very hard to replace the digitiser only????0
