I had a loan for a car and was paying being charged 6,9%. However I was able to transfer to Barclaycard at 2.9% for the life of the balance. I have been busy repaying Barclaycard at a larger amount than requested and will be paid off torwards next year.
Bearing in mind the interest per month is only £7 would it be better to pay only the min. each month and rather pay extra put that into say an ISA or savings account.
Any comments appreciated.
