Parents Income DLA Scotland

Hi there
I hope someone can perhaps help.
I was hoping to get my son's loans re looked at by SAAS as my husband is currently very ill so our income for the year will be a lot less than last year.
I can't seem to find out though whether SAAS will take my husband's DLA into account. I understand that ESA and other taxable benefits need to be declared, but I always thought that DLA was not counted for most things as it's for personal care/mobility needs?
All it says in the form is to list all income from benefits apart from Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit!
Does anyone know? It takes SAAS weeks to get back to us anytime we ask for clarification or help

They didn't count my DLA. I only had to supply evidence of my ESA.0
