Property with very low actual and potential epc rating??

  • Having seen the EPC report for my place (in which it said the loft was insulated.., well part of it was, the rest of the 'insulation' was rubble and it was so cold the bedrooms were impossible to sleep in til I did insulate it) I'd say rather than looking at the report.., look at the house, go in the loft.., u'll soon know if you can improve the property.

    Beware of cavity wall insulation though.., google it and decide if its worth the risk. It can increase damp problems.
