Barclays Has All My Three PPI Questionnaires, But....

Since 21st February 2013 I have sent 3 PPI Questionnaires to Barclays. They have received them all and I have the signatures to prove it. I have rung hem numerous times and even got the Customer Service Agent at my local branch to speak to them on the phone and have had confirmed to me verbally that my claims are on
their system and I will be contacted.
I have had the claims "escalated", twice and yet here we are in October and I am still waiting for a Claim Reference Number.
I can't go to the Ombudsman without one.

Can anyone tell me what to do next please? Thanks.

Yes you can. They have 8 weeks ot look into your complaint, but you have 6 months to go to the ombudsman from one of their refusals. There's nothing stopping you referring your complaints to the ombudsman now, you just don't have a final response letter that's all.

But that's just it Taff, I haven't been given a refusal. No written contact whatsoever.

That's okay, you tell the FOS that they have had your complaint for over 8 weeks and they have not given you a response. The FOS will take it on in that instance.

The OP will need at least some proof of posting the complaint, of course.

I have every single proof of posting and even printed out the signatory's name for each complaint.
