Mine did too, I was just entering a 1 when it should have been lower case L.

I entered the code once exactly as it was, capitals etc, and it said it was wrong, entered it all in lower case and went through OK and received confirmation.

I think it's just a case of keep trying with the captcha. It's difficult to tell if the letters are upper or lower case with some of them so just play around until you get it.

Need to be careful if you accidently click anywhere outside of the contact details box- it sends you off the page, so when you click back you have to refill your details.

Although I had upper case letters in the captcha, I put them in as lower case as mentioned above by aclemen1, and it went through okay.

I had the same error message, and it was because i entered my phone number in the wrong format it requires +44

I found that I had to tick everything at the bottom then do the captcha and complete by hitting Enter.

Occasionally I would just enter something incorrect to get the error intentially and then hit backspace till the box had a red outline and re-type the correct catch and it worked.

Very odd, I know, but gets it submitted!
