Washing Machine problems-Free Advice

I posted on another Forum about a problem I was having with My Zanussi washing Machine blowing a fuse in the plug somewhere towards the end of the wash cycle( Usually about 30 minute but not always) but always before the start of the rinse cycle. As the fuse blows no fault code appears. I have had some suggestions but nothing concrete. I was wondering if there was a FREE website where exoert give advise of such issues. This is our last resort before going out next week and buying a new/replacement washing machine. I have tried Zanussi service helpline but after 3 days I have had no response.Thank You

There is a web site called https://www.justanswer.com/appliance. I do not know if they charge or how reliable there rsponse would be.0
