Waiting for CCJ before DRO?

I am having letters saying they will CCJ!
Is it a bluff I dont know.
My queston is, is it too late to go for a DRO if I have already been given a court date for a CCJ against me?
I would like to avoid a CCJ but do not want to do a DRO if a CCJ is never brought against me.
I only have a few more years until 6 year date of default. So no point doing a DRO, unless they really do go for a CCJ against me.

If a CCJ is granted you can still do a DRO, and the CCJ would be covered. So you can wait and see if you want.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
