PS2 not playing most of my son's DVDs

I wonder if anyone can help me? both of my sons have a PS2 - one a slimline version & the other the older style one - both of them have started to not play most of their DVD's.

We have used the disc cleaner & it hasn't made any difference, any advice would be greatly recieved.

Thanks

Are these DVDs they've previously been able to play?

  • Yes they are. It seems that they used to work on them but not any more.
