please help,online order/not ordered again

hi, i placed an online order with m&s back in august, order received.
couple of days ago , i received same order again (well, what they had in stock of same order), which i had not placed again and money taken from my credit card.

any ideas what it may be also, i have checked email received does not state 'inbox' at the end of it, like the other ones for the orders i have placed does, Instead it states .m,jkm l ,

any advice appreciated

I'm amazed they had anything of what you wanted in stock ... they never have what I want in the size I need.

In your case I suggest you need to call M&S Customer Services (if it even still exists) because I doubt anyone here can help you with your very specific issue.

thanks for the reply, however, i am more concerned about how/why the order was placed again, rather than their items in stock.
will have to phone them, did not phone intially because i thought they may just say , that the order was placed , due to my account being credited and my receiving email
