catalog late payment fees????

Hi everyone, im brand new today. I was wondering if you can claim late payment fees back from catalogue companies? I came accross all my old studio statements and noticed how many 12quids i had paid over the few years i had the account. I have every statement in my file. What do i do, just write to them? Is there a template letter for this? Sorry for being a bit dense, but i find all this kind of stuff a bit daunting. Any advice would be lovely.

Only unfair fees can be reclaimed.
If you think the fees you have been charged are unfair, then in the first instance, make a complaint to the catalogue company concerned.
