    Just another quick question, please does anyone know if there are any problems with Internet Explorer, I have just restarted the computer and it still won`t load...half the page comes up and then it just jams.

    My advice would be to try out Firefox or Chrome as an alternative to IE, as I can't answer IE question.

    Thank you, I do have both of these as well, I use Chrome quite a bit but I think its because I am so used to using IE I tend to choose that one first. I can`t seem to get on with mizilla-firefox, maybe I should keep trying.

    check what add-ons are enabled in IE, and disable all the ones you don't need (so keep java, flash, etc), then check what search engines are in there, remove all bar google and bing. Close IE, then try re-opening it...

    Thank you for replying, sorry to say don`t know how to check what add-ons or search engines are enabled in IE.

    go to the settings (the little cog somewhere in the top-right corner), click it and the menu drops down, then it's "manage add-ons"
