Since I moved in here (over 4 years ago) I've been attaching "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" labels, to letters for previous tenants. to be clear
RM have changed RTS procedures
If it has a return address it will be returned
if it has no return address but has retail postage eg a stamp,smart stamp pre paid envelope, then it will go to Belfast for opening to try and return it
if it has no return address and discounted postage eg Franking,DSA etc. it will be destroyed. so pointless to return
