Extended warranty for fridge freezer

My Bosch fridge freezer is 2 years old and now out of warranty. I have been offered a new one for £50 - is it worth it? My last fridge freezer lasted 30 years but I am told they don't make them like they used to!

Bosch are still one of the reliable fridge/freezer brands. The advice on this forum with extended warranties and service contracts is generally to save your money in a bank/building society account for when something goes wrong.
You need to consider how much you paid for the fridge/freezer and whether it's worth spending £50 to extend the warranty for a year only?
Most new appliances (especially reliable brands), generally don't fail in the first few years. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

Washing machines can go wrong, fridges rarely fail in my experience. The plastic drawers and innards usually collapse before mechanical failure.0
