Do Npower mess everything up?
My latest bill is showing my DD has halved yipeeee I thought, must have used a lot less energy or paid to much monthly. When I started reading through the bill, this was because they are now basing my annual gas usage at 224kwh or £45 for a whole year. I measure my own useage at 16000+.
I rang up and had to leave my details etc....as they are too 'busy' someone would ring me tomorrow........ok I said after 18:00.......I'm sorry I cannot guarantee that but if not tomorrow then Friday. Great thanks for your help maybe by Friday that written comformation about my new tariff will have arrived.

send them an email and request the DD stay the same if you wish, its your choice weather you wish to accept the figure if they lowered it and you don't like it, you may end up in debt if you don't set it at a reasonable figure over the year.0

Carmel thanks for the reply.
As I suspected nobody rang back. All I was trying to do was inform Npower of a misatke on their part predicting my gas useage at £45 for the year when it is normally £600. So I'm not going to waste anymore of my time chasing this.
I might as well keep the money in my bank account earning me interest
Thanks Dave0
