Energy Helpline Switch

Dear Money Savers
I have just switched my electricity with Energy Helpline. They confirmed my new rate with iSupply Energy as 18.40 p per day and unit charge 11.6p. But, when iSupply confirmed to me the unit charge was stated as
12.10 per kWh.

When I emailed iSupply Energy they told me that 12.10 was correct so I felt I had no choice but to accept it as my existing contract had expired.

I have had a response from EH who confirmed the lower rate but said "
iSupplyEnergy are unable to discuss any details with us regarding your account due to their strict policy regarding data protection." and suggest I call iSupply.

Anyone else had a similar experience? Should I take this up further with Energy Helpline?

Any advise gratefully received.
