Energy Helpline Switch
Dear Money Savers
I have just switched my electricity with Energy Helpline. They confirmed my new rate with iSupply Energy as 18.40 p per day and unit charge 11.6p. But, when iSupply confirmed to me the unit charge was stated as 12.10 per kWh.
When I emailed iSupply Energy they told me that 12.10 was correct so I felt I had no choice but to accept it as my existing contract had expired.
I have had a response from EH who confirmed the lower rate but said "iSupplyEnergy are unable to discuss any details with us regarding your account due to their strict policy regarding data protection." and suggest I call iSupply.
Anyone else had a similar experience? Should I take this up further with Energy Helpline?
Any advise gratefully received.
