    ask the OR, sure they will be glad to help
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    As it is the Land Charges Register only which you are dealing with then Section 6 of the Practice Guide 63 would be the one you would refer to so not sure if it is that guide you have looked at or PG10 as linked to before we knew the exact circumstances?

    If the previous/online guidance differs from what you have been advised over the phone then it would be good to understand why so that we can correct any anomalies - can you give me any more (not specific to name) information to clarify things please?
