Relocating TV..

I currently have satellite TV which is hooked up to the feed from the dish; cabling and TV are both on the same wall. I want to relocate the TV to an adjacent wall but don't want to run cable. Given that all the kit will be in the same room, I was wondering about wireless transmission. The solution needs to cope with HD signals (connection at the TV end via an hdmi cable). Any thoughts on kit to do the job?
Thanks in advance.

You can't wirelessly send the feed from the dish to the box.
It would also be very expensive to leave the sat box where it is, and send HD wirelessly, it's still new technology. Extending cables is easily the best option, find out how to hide them! Satellite signal might get slightly weaker.0 -
I asked a similar question ages ago but all I got was lots of different answers on how to rewire the house so you couldn't see the cables.
In the end I just used some of the coloured trunking from B&Q. (I used the brown one around the floor so it matched the laminate and white around the doors).0 -
You can get some very narrow trunking now too. Look in Wickes0

Narrow trunking only works for narrow cabling. As they've mentioned dish and HD they'll have Sky HD, so it'll need to be thick enough for two coax cables.0

[STRIKE]two coax cables[/STRIKE]
Shotgun cable hopefully which will be a lot thinner.0
