I need investment! Does anybody want to part buy a property?

We desperately need to move to a better house,
I live with my farther and he’s wheelchair reliant, he has been stuck in his current property for a while and we need a more suitable house to live in.

We cannot get any loan/mortgages, as most lenders cannot take benefits as a source of income.

We have tried selling our current property we live in but with no joy.

I would like to find and move into a new property ASAP so my farther can enjoy the rest of the summer.

We have raised 50% of the cash and now need someone to invest and rent out to us the other 50%. Once our current property is sold we would like to buy the rest of the new property so that we own 100%.

Would anyone be interested? What other options could I try?? Should I be asking David Beckham?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Thank you

You need to work out why your property is not selling. Is it priced too high?

What you are trying to do is arrange bridging finance, there are many people who do this. It can work out expensive, especially as you don't know how long it will take to sell your house.

It wouldn't put me off at the right price! If you find the right person and advertise correctly, you could easily find a cash buyer.

  • Dharm11,

The asking price of your property ought to reflect its condition, including any adaptations, so AT THE RIGHT PRICE IT SHOULD SELL, how much is it on the market for?, has it been reduced at all?.

Is there any mortgage on your current property?..Have you found a prospective new home?

The proposal you are looking at seems a bit messy to me, but with the right partner and legal agreements in place it may be possible....I dont feel it is something that I would be 100% comfortable undertaking. Also dont put yourself under undue pressure of timescale in trying to be in this summer.

    Good luck,

    Mark.

call me sceptical, but that looks like a nice way to spam the forum ;)

anyway, your house is obviously priced to high taking everything into consideration.

HOWEVER if you contact ds1980 on this forum, he's always interested in helping people out & buying more property!
