IWOOT / Gift Voucher

Afternoon all,
I have yesterday cashed in £10 worth of Qark (survey site) credits through More2You (Park vouchers) in exchange for an IWOOT £10 gift voucher.
I had the code sent through by email, and went to use it on the IWOOT site.
I attempted to add the code in the "Discount Code" box, which did not work, but could not see anywhere else to insert the code.
I have opened dialogue with IWOOT who have not replied, and have engaged in conversation with More2You. They advise me that the code is "Live" and even though there appears to be no way to use it, they will not exchange the code for another (Amazon). I understand their issues, and appreciate their contact with IWOOT, but seeing as their efforts so far have failed, I would rather just call it a day - especially seeing as my rights under the DSR will run out eventually.
They have originally assured me by phone that the issue is non existent, and the code is valid. I was then told to use a different page to put the code in (the code box is not there) and finally given two phone numbers to contact IWOOT. The first is an IWOOT line which connects me to a recorded message, directing me to the website. The second is a phone number for a company who IWOOT contracts to undertake their photo gifts. They gave me another number, which pushed me to the same recorded message.
The single response I had from IWOOT (as writing this) confirms that I cannot use this cash equivalent gift voucher on multibuy offers (why?), but does not address where I input the code.
Am I correct in thinking that More2You have supplied me with a product which is not fit for purpose, and I am entitled to an exchange?

You're right, there is nowhere to enter the code. Have you tried posting on their FB page?0
