experian help please!!!

Hi
Can somebody help me please
I am trying to get a ccj removed from my credit file with experian.
The ccj was set aside at the end of august, because it was entered in error. I have got equifax to remove it and noodle by getting them to phone registry trust.
But i cannot get anywhere with experian, they will not remove it without say so from registry trust, but registry trust sent a letter out to all cra's on the 10th of september.
Experian want me to become a member at £15 so i can get this removed straight away, i am not paying that for a mistake which was no fault of my own.
All i want is for experian to phone registry trust like equifax did to confirm it has gone.
Can anybody help please especially the experian representitive.
Thanks

  • Hey Steven,
Try calling them again, My manager communicated with them before in accordance with the account. Once we had account for month in last July.
I simple advice to you is, Just call them again if they won't lift it try again until you tired.

You don't need to join our CreditExpert service to have your credit report updated. If you've emailed our customer service team then this should be being looked at and we will need to check the update with Registry Trust, partly to find out why the amendment has yet to come through automatically. If you'd like to forward your email to our Customer Relations team I'll ask them to chase it up for you.

    Thanks

I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. Yes, we always do this to make sure our records tally with theirs. Shouldn't take us very long to resolve for you. Are you waiting to make a new application?

  • Yes i am, do experian give me a new report to show me it has come off?
Equifax gave me an online view to show me it had come off.

We will confirm the amendment in writing. Not sure if we give you a new report or not.
