cost of replacing central heating system and grants

Hi,
does anyone have any ideas on the cost of a central heating renewal for 7 radiators and pipe work but no boiler in a 3 bed semi?
Its for my mil but we will be paying. Shes got cancer so we are hoping there may be some grants available so if anyone has any idea of these then that would be great!
We would also consider getting a new boiler if they have improved vastly in 7 years.
