Ah, but you probably noticed in the location where you are now, the traditional agents tend to match the number of photos to the price of the property. Between 6 and 8 for most.
And there's one who only does 4 photos no matter what it is! :rotfl:0 -
I've just put a house up for sale that isn't in the best condition and three estate agents advised me not to "go mad" doing it up. They advised leaving it as it is until the end of November, which is apparently the end of this year's "selling season" and if there is no interest by then, to redecorate a couple of the more interestingly decorated rooms. (I had tenants in - they liked bright colours .........)
As it turns out, it has been on the market since last Friday evening, there have been 8 viewing, with 8 more lined up and one offer so far. As the EA also valued it rather higher than I would, I am quite surprised. So far so good then.0 -

Hmmm...shall be going back for checking purposes then and a toss-up as to which is the worst - the local EA's or that local radio station (I swear I'll throw something at my radio if they play those same few songs yet again any more...I've now swopped to other radio stations instead....:(). Radio 2 anyone?:rotfl:
There's gotta be a downside or two to any area and I think I've found it....:rotfl:0
