Natwest On Line Banking

For some time now I have experienced real problems logging on to my NatWest accounts. I click on the log in button and get a "Connecting " message before it finally says "Problem loading page". I needed to move some money today and spent 3 hours trying to log on.

This is the only site I have problems with so must be NatWest related rather than computer related.

I have contacted Nat West but am still waiting for a response.

Is it just me or do other Nat West customers have the same problem?

Comments

  • I have just done a quick search and this seems to be a regular problem with Nat West. There seems to be no consistent solution but the main one, deleting cookies and temp files, is not an issue for me as I have Firefox set up to delete both when I close it down
