What is 20% of £347? Aviva Drive App

So I qualified for the 20% discount on the Aviva Drive App and I'm up for renewal.
My renewal quote was £347
I make 20% of £347 to be £69 which means my quote should be £278 however I was told it is £312.
Am I doing something wrong here?

your figures are right but the discount is more like 10%. so they're either offering the wrong discount or working it out in their head but forgot to double it0

Its probably 20% of the basic premium minus the charges and extra's.
So from your £347 take off any legal protection and tax or other extra's/charges etc.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
