Dishwasher help - water not heating

So you've confirmed that it is the relay that is faulty?
They only have a finite number of switching cycles.
You can usually find a suitable replacement from electronic component companies such as RS, CPC and Maplin. They'll probably also be much cheaper than Electrolux! If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

I couldn't find a way of proving the relay as you can't run the dishwasher at the same time as having access to the PCB , and a search on the Internet didn't show any suppliers other than Electrolux , without me knowing the exact specifications I needed.
But if this works it is still cheaper than a new dishwasher - and if it doesn't I have 2 water heaters and a relay to sell on !!0 -
Thanks again Myser for your suggestions with this , especially about being able to get just a relay (rather than full PCB) - new relay arrived over the weekend , and once I had replaced it for the old one on the PCB I now have the dishwasher working properly again with hot water :j0

I spoke too soon......
After several good washes it is back to not heating the water
I'm wondering whether the relay was actually correct for this model - and interestingly they are shown as no longer available on the Electrolux website.
There are 2 markings on top of the relay relating to current :
7A 250V ~
12A 250VAC
Anybody know which of these is the current that the relay can pass through when doing the heating ? If it's the 7A then it's probably blown as the heater is 2kW (so 8/9A) ......

Can you post a photo of the markings on the relay. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!
