Hey, i used to know someone in borough green, I think the area is pretty rough. Having said that I am myself moving to Larkfield which is a bit further down the M20. Which also I don't think is too great but it is nice and cheap,
Ive lived in Kent for over 50 years, near Leeds castle and all those places you have listed are fine. As with anywhere there might be a small rough area but from what I know all are fine.
If you enter borough green from the north on the main road just before the speed camera there is a 1950/60's council estate which I dont think is too nice, if you avoid that you should be ok. Where are you moving from?
