Farm Foods & Parking Eye £350,000

That would be Parking eye V Somerfield then!

A case can be dropped at anytime right up to the door, as we have seen in the past.

Thanks for the helpful pointers and advice. Must confess my head is spinning like a top. I think I need to do the following , but for obvious reason, won't be declaring the content here.

    1. I have already email formal complaint to Steve Clark / Dave metcalf and have copied DVLA as to legality of releasing my data outside of POFA timescales. might not be worth a carrot but worth a long shot ?

    I intend to

    1. Write to the college, and leisure complex complaining about PPC behaviours ignoring Pofa etc.

    2. Write to PCN re lack of Pofa compliance and ask them to desist

    3. Write to PCN seeking all evidence and correspondence from them in making claim, giving them 7 days to respond

    4. Ask office of Fair trading to look into PCN (NW) aka roxboroughes credit license as per scouse magic post

    5. Build my defence case and file before 22nd October ( claim issue date 25 sept ) which feels like no time at all - but probably all my own fault

    6. buy large bottle of paracetemol

Have I missed something or doing something I shouldn't ?
I'm wondering is it worth seeking legal advice as I'm drafting these notes but I'm concerned they are erroneous.

PCN NW is not AKA Roxburghe nor are they T/A Roxburghe.

They were incorporated in Nov 2005 and have two Directors JAMES RYLANCE BOOTH and EMMA CHARLOTTE BOOTH.

PCN NW is on the BPA AOS list. Although their website through the link seems to have gone missing. Also being on the BPA AOS is not any form of accreditation.

PCN Parking services and paymyPCN.net are Roxburghe

    Scouse magic has it wrong.

PCN NW use the Roxburghe address to collect payment. There is nothing illegal or fraudulent about doing so no matter what some say!

    PCN (NW) LIMITED
    LAYTON HOUSE, 3-5 WESTCLIFFE
    DRIVE, LAYTON SQUARE
    BLACKPOOL
    FY3 7BJ

That address is an accountants address where they are registered from. Thats also not illegal or fraudulent.

Its not unusual not to be able to track down the actual office of a PPC. After all their not in the business of making friends.

There is plenty of good advice posted on this site, but do your own research before acting on it.

Sits back and waits to be accused of being a Roxburghe spy/sympathiser! :D

I got mine issued the same day as you, the signatory (bottom left of page one... 'R G') was a busy man that day!
  • Yet again scouse magic is wrong about issues such as this.

Esmerobbo is correct and you follow the data trail yourself.

Interesting turn of events I wonder if these claims will be discontinued or reissued?

The posters who say concentrate on the court case are corct. This is the most important thing right now.

However, once you have filed your defence and the pressure is off, please consider complaining to the BPA and the DVLA if at any stage in the proceedings the PPC has implied keeper liability exists. This could be the NtK, the court filing, or any of the debt collector letters.

This is because this is a bannable offence and one of the few that the DVLA do actually take seriously.

If roxburge or any of the other debt collectors sent letters implying keeper liability than complain about them too.

...just not right now - get your defence in first!

  • Thanks all but i'm just trying to clarify.

The SRA ruling appears against GPB @ GPB House, Arden Court, Arden Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6NT.

The GPB solictiors address on the court claim are from the Manor house, West byfleet address - although it is signed by roy george. Are they the same company and does the SRA apply to both.

As others have said I am going to lodge a defence - but assume its a case then of wait / see ?
