Topcashback Issue

I have been paid the incorrect cashback amount for the package I purchased from TalkTalk (about half the amount stated on topcashback website) at the time of the order.
Topcashback.com say that its Talk Talk who have declined my claim, TalkTalk blame Topcashback.com, surely they have a joint responsibility for approving correct cashback claims? I have evidence that I'm owed money from topcashback/talk talk for the talk talk package I'm on but cant receive the money because Talk Talk wont verify the claim. I have screen shots of the all the cashback offers and tracking details, what more can be done????

Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'.
This comment is designed to inform us that Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction. Please note that this is not suggesting that you used another cashback website but indicates that another entity such as a search engine, comparison website, voucher code websites etc. may have become directly or indirectly associated in some way with this transaction.
The strange thing here is that I have already received some money back but not the correct amount, I raised a dispute with topcashback informing them that the cashback they provided was for the wrong package, how exactly can talk talk now claim that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' ?

I have sent the same details and more to topcashback.com but both groups are passing the buck.
Has anyone had any joy in disputing a cashback claim from Topcashback/TalkTalk where the incorrect cashback was tracked?
People these days make their TV, phone and broadband decisions based on the amount of cashback they are likely to receive.
I fully understand I have no legal case recovering my cashback but wanted too know how many people have been let down as I have?
I feel I have been well and truly ripped off and will not rest until this matter is resolved.

My post, sorry if this subject was posted in the wrong area, hopefully one of the mods will move it to a better area within MSE forum.0 -
I can't help, but if you made an enquiry previously from the ip address then this would register as the first point of call. topcashback, act as the middle man, and its whether the company decide to pay or not.
It may be worth contacting talk talk and see what they say,
A suggestion - bad publicity - companies don't like for eg if there was a talk talk facebook page - this may get you further....xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hello,
I'm having a similar issue with a couple of claims which have come back as "another marketing channel was credited", but the claims are for wrong % of cashback rather than untracked cashback.
Advise TCB via the support ticket that you are disputing their response as the transaction has tracked correctly, but the amount payable is incorrect. As payment has been made, the "another marketing channel" reason is incorrect. They will then dispute it with the merchant for you.0 -
I'm still waiting for Topcashback.co.uk and/or TalkTalk to take responsibility for the outstanding cashback, both sides are still blaming each other and these days once you sign the contract you become less of a priority. Shame on both company's for not sorting things out between them. I would post an official update on the Talk Talk Forum but "apparently" any response sends the post at the back of the line regarding their official response time. Not much point in tweeting Talk Talk support as they have come back with a different response each time so obviously don't communicate with each other, Their last response again pointed the finger at Topcashback.co.uk
Perhaps both company's think that if they keep giving me the run-around then I will eventually give up, so if you guys do read these posts...I will not give up until you pay me what you owe me!0
