ketone blast and cleanse

unfortunately i have been the latest victim of the free trail raspberry ketone blast!!! a advert popped up whilst i was on my laptop for this free trail delivery charges wer 7.90.. I gave them my bank details for the shipping and recieved a weeks supply.. Today i went to the bank i noticed 2 transacations of £99.99 ad been taken from my account by these SCAMMING THEIVES... with no further products been sent .. speaking to the bank they said this is a regular thing by companies as such and have no power to do anything for a 15 day period if no other product hasnt been sent in this time scale they can ask that any further payment no to be requested. ..she said theres probably no hope of retrieveing what as been taken to date.. but because ive reported this matter..any further monies are insured by the bank if they shud take more..can anybody give me further advice as looking at a review they can actually take from my bank for up to 12 months as i have apparently signed my sell up with this company..changing my bank card is enough to stop these daylight theives.. i onli wanted to lose some extra tummy fat but it looks like my children will also be as theyve taken my grocery money for the month...:(

Lets not call them things they aren't.

    They aren't scammers.
They aren't thieves - daylight or nightime.

They outlined the terms and conditions of sale, you didn't look at them and now you are being stung for the consequences. Additionally these things are rarely anything but a process to hope you won't notice and won't complain.

Unfortunately the sellers of these items did indeed (reference your user name).

I would change your bank card as soon as you can and fill in the cancellation process they outline in their terms of sales.
  • of course they are scammers or you would be able to get back into the website and actually be able to get a number to ring or some sort of customer communication .... you cant even send these people an email as this is not even visible on the website .... im sorry you have been ripped off by these unsavoury characters.... and even if they we legit you haven't even been sent any more products !!!! SORRY BUT TO ME THAT STINKS !!

You need to call your bank and contact customer services or the Disputes team. Mine were so helpful. Tell them to cancel any payments to these people. Apparently, there is no point in cancelling your card as the payments are via visa (or whatever). Keep an eye on your statements and let the bank know asap and they will cancel payment. First Direct say that they know of this scam. It is legal but they tend to give up after a couple of declined payments. So don't worry too much and, like me, learn from this lesson. I could have been worse!
