More of a rant really ...but been trying to get through to rearrange an advisor appointment since 10.00am and its just constantly engaged.
Phones could be down of course but I cant get along there in person to find out.
I'm assuming if I cant get through my benefits will stopped:mad:

I suggest you call the main benefits helpline and ask them to make a note on your records on the computer system.
Ages ago I had a similar experience, appealed when they stopped my JSA, and won.0 -
Yes they will stop as in previous response. You need to email and fax (if you can) as well just to make sure they get the message.More of a rant really ...but been trying to get through to rearrange an advisor appointment since 10.00am and its just constantly engaged.

Why do you need to rearrange? You do know rearranging an appointment to do virtually anything can be sanctionable...including for some stupid reason going to a job interview....so try to rearrange the other thing that is conflicting before rearranging the jobcentre appointment.
You should win an appeal but do you really want the hassle?:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

According to this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4766158 you can attend a job interview, although ti appears that the JC staff do not all understand this fact.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
