Lloyds credit card

Every time I apply for a Lloyds balance transfer (24 MONTH @ 1.5% FEE) I get pinged to the Lloyds home page. Never had this problem before I have rung the customer service team and no-one has helped me. Is it something I'm doing wrong. I have applied on line in the past over the years several times and never had a problem. I'm quite computer literate and really don't think it's me. Has anyone else experienced this?:mad:
