Quote for new bathroom ceiling and lights

Our current bathroom ceiling was fitted by the previous owner with extremely heavy and extremely expensive spot lights. They have all either completely fallen out, or have sagged down from the ceiling. Obviously they look horrendous.
What would you say was a fair price for someone to skim the ceiling and replace the light fittings? It's not something we can do ourselves as we're not confident with electrical matters.
Also, would a plasterer be able to do this, or would we need someone to do 2 separate jobs for the ceiling and the electrics?
