Hi everyone,
Im after some advice please. Just bought a house and as part of the building work I will be fitting some solar panels but not for a few months. Just got the keys so need to find a supplier now.
I want to fix if possible (thinking about the EDF fixed untill 2017) but don't know what impact fitting the panels later will have on that fix.
Should I go duel, find a good gas deal and wait for the electric?
Its so confusing.
Also is there anything i need to consider when fitting the panels?
I currently don't have any supplier as I am living in my caravan with the family (an experience not to be missed I can tell you lol)
Cheers and looking forward to your advice.

FITs are the same regardless of your supplier (and you don't have to use the same supplier for them anyway), so it's not really a relevant factor.
Pick the best tariff based on your estimated kWh consumption-you won't apparently get the FITs benefit until the spring anyway. No free lunch, and no free laptop
