I'm getting this error message when trying to use word. Having a bad day. Main computer won't connect to the internet and laptop is randomly saying this when worked fine last time I used.
I have googled the error message but all the answer are too technical for me really. I think I maybe have to try and uninstall MS Office and reinstall? Just got the email from my wife from when we oroignally bought the software...is this the right thing to do and if so how do i uninstall the old one.
In terms of operating I dont know what system I'm using. Some of the old queries google brought up referred to compatability between 32bit and 64 bit systems...no idea I'm afraid.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

To find out what OS you're running ... Click on the Start button, open Control Panel and then open System. The first screen in System should give you the version of Windows or whatever else you're running and also whether it's 32 or 64 bit.... Cheers but think I have managed to fix by just clicking on the email i got originally and installing it again/reinstalling it...not sure if this was the best course of action but seems to have worked for now.0
