Morning all
Im returning an item to Screwfix that is faulty.
the agent I spoke to - very helpful, but said that they had to refund the card that was used to pay for the item - even though its a credit card account that is now closed.
Just wanted to check what course of action I should take - should I contact Screwfix in a week on the basis that Halifax might have rejected the refund?

I would be talking to the card issuer too.
It is quite possible that they would accept the refund.0 -
The card issuer will accept the refund, you need to speak to them about getting it returned to you.0
