Any way of claiming?

Hi everyone,

I'm writing on behalf of my parents..... I am wondering if it is worth the trying to claim ppi? They are not sure if they have been missold any, but is it worth the enquiring? How would they go about it? They don't have any memory of amounts, dates, etc.... Could they do it without this info?

Many thanks for any help which you can give.

Simply contact their lenders and ask. Of course, simply having PPI is not wrong. In order to be refunded it would have to be mis-sold to them.
  • Thank you for the reply.... I will tell them.... I wasn't sure if it would be that simple.... My mum said that they always declined the ppi... But I said it is worth looking in to.... Least they will do is say no.... Nothing lost there......
