Looks like OP has fitted one of them there aftermarket whale tails and got a bit over enthusiastic with the screw driver........
To be honest, if it we're mine I would leave it alone, anything you do will make even more of a mess. You MIGHT be able to push the dent back in by pulling out the bolt and applying just the right amount of heat and pressure to the spot, but again I wouldn't risk it.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

And what makes you think a bodyshop can't repair plastic body parts.
Depending on the cost of the spoiler it may well be cheaper just to buy a new one rather than trying it to get repaired, resprayed.
Cant is not the same as shouldnt. If hes paying the money saving thing would be to leave it. I guess thats cheapest. Next cheapest could be buy and replace said spoiler them selves. But this is dependant on the price of the spoiler and chances of op damaging spoiler again. A bodyshop is gonna charge probbably more but should do a good job. Too many varibles to say for certain but well don for assuming. Well done.0 -
OP probably gonna need a fill and full spoiler respray at a body shop, the one I recommend would charge upto £100 all in including refit of the spoiler.
It may be worth asking a smart repair Chips Away type company for a quote as they may have a way of fixing without messing with the paint, or just blend the paint in.
Best just to ignore goonarmy, he seems to being confusing himself and everyone else.0 -
Have a go at taking out the fixing (bolt or screw) and thumbing the proud area back down. Then refit with a shorter fixing or put some packing/washers under it. If that doesn't fix it, I'd leave it alone.0

I think you've been on the 'pop' too early, first you think a spoiler is a bumper, then you advise not to take plastic to a bodyshop.
Go sleep it off, ol' timer.0
