3 trojan horses help!

Hi I have avg 2014 free av and Its flashing up a red warning box every 5 mins or so that I have these on my pc Trojan horse Generic34.CNMQ + Luhe.Siref.A + Luhe.Siref.A I click on resolve and they turn green but it keeps happening Ive tried googling to find out more and have tried to download malware removal tools but it wont let me download anything it says that everything is infected with a virus and has been removed!!!! So im stuck anyone help please???

When you say "it says" do you mean AVG is telling you that everything is infected or the Trojan is? If you have another PC you could try removing AVG free and download and install a free trial of Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 from here:

http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/trials

Run a full scan and see if it can remove them for you.

As I say, you will have to uninstall AVG first and also any firewall software you may have installed ( apart from Windows built in firewall ) before installing Kaspersky.

I mean AVG is telling me, ive tried everything so Im taking the tower to a local pc repair shop tomoz Ive had enough lol! Thanks anyway :beer:

Download Malwarebytes (and the Chameleon versions) on to a usb stick from where you are posting, and try that and give waddler_8 or someone else to have a look http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/chameleon/

Sirefef is a rootkit that we've have removed many times successfully on here. It sounds like a rogue AV has installed too.

If you don't take it to a repair shop post a DDS log - should take 2-3 minutes.

Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

(If you cant download it, try restarting, press F8 continually and when you reach the Advanced boot Options menu, choose safe mode with networking)

After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:

• Double click DDS to run it.
• Click Start
• When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:

1. DDS.txt
   
2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop.

Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)
