    I wonder if this seller is related to the one that had similar T & C's way back in January/February.
    That seller also insisted on immediate payment and if you didn't pay within minutes of the auction ending he added A £5 per day fine!

    Sellers like these I wouldn't touch with a 20ft barge pole!

    I've just asked a question - lets see what response this gets...!
    Hi - i am interested in the TV, but I am bit concerned about your feedback history, and the 24hr demands in the description. As you do not have the full paypal Buyer protection, I would be interested in purchasing the TV, but pay cash on collection.

    I am off work all next week, so could purchase now, and collect at your convenience.

    Please let me know?

    many thanks,

    Pete

    I can guess the response...

    I never trust people who write everything in caps lock and litter it with spelling mistakes..

    56 negatives though, that is likely a poor customer service!

    I have a similar feedback score with 8 negs over 7 years (one over sellotape LOL)

    I'm having a horrible day (son had his mobile stolen and I'm not sure I can afford to replace it) so thank you for making me smile :beer:

    :naughty::D

    I might have the ability to spot a loophole..and I've found a few real humdingers believe me. Fortunately I don't have the conscience to match and tend to go a bit overboard on keeping all things legal. Having had my son upset due to a stolen phone I honestly can't see how anyone could seriously look to defraud or steal from anyone. I just hope the thief has problems when he tries to sell on a disabled phone..(I had it blocked as soon as it was stolen).

    Trouble with phones is that son wanted a straight replacement, £110 from Carphonewarehouse last night, and that hurt! It isn't the money so much it's just I am on a budget and hadn't built in costs for replacing a phone this month, I've also got very few ebay sales on at the moment, partly due to boredom and partly because I'm on holiday for a while next week. I must try harder...
