Tesco Co buy Wine problems

How many other people have had problems with Tesco co buy wine. I have had to make frequent calls to Tesco to get back £10 they overcharged on the Jacquart Champagne co buy. I do not think I would have got the refund had I not persisted. Tesco tell me this is the only co buy to go wrong but if this is the case why have I had to phone last week and this week to get the refund. Beware these offers as I am sure they are 'problematic'. Check that the voucher you are sent gives the correct discount.
