Hi all
I am travelling to US in four weeks. I recently renewed my passport. Am I right in thinking I don't need a VISA but DO need an ESTA? Travelling by air.

Assuming you have a British passport and are going for tourism then yes, just the ESTA via the official website0

Read the ESTA conditions carefully: people who have been arrested for certain offenses; are war criminals; or belong to fascist or communist organisations are likely to need a visa (and unlikely to get one in a hurry!).0
