used my voucher for 3 course meal last night, very nice treat. I was asked to log into the account and forward the winning email to the hotel and also for proof of id which had to include DOB as used for the entry Took my passport as per the T&C), also handed in voucher. so don't think there will be a problem as they must have some kind of database with email adresses of winners

Wait, you were asked to forward the email whilst you were there?!

I guess this means you cannot pass the vouchers on then.

Thanks for the feedback fizzbomb, I`m still a bit confused as to what to do. Did you ring hotel to book in advance?

Thank you, I've won the 3 course meal for 2! I've emailed Manchester West with my voucher to book a table. I'll let you all know when I get a reply because that voucher looks a bit weird. It says you have to download it , but it's on a pdf where you can't click on a link!

I've had to email my voucher for the 3 course meal to Manchester West Hotel, they hadn't heard of the comp - I'm waiting to see what they say!
I only have until 31/10 to use it!

I have won a meal too and now a cocktail. I have forwarded the e-mail to the hotel I would use asking their advise. I will let folks know how I get on.
