I won a free stay. I had always planned on going with someone though and it's just struck me that it doesn't actually say how many people it caters for. Now i'm wondering if it's just me that can stay in the room and i can't have anyone with me?

Mine isn't resetting, I played it two days ago and it said try again in 24 hours. It's still not letting me. Any ideas?

DAN2310 - thats what I initially thought but if you read bottom of PDF voucher it says to hand this voucher in. I thought there would be some sort of number on it as it looks like it could be used more than once

Maybe they will start to at the end of the comp.

Given you can't take the stay until the start of next year then i guess there isn't a rush.

So you just print off the copy of the e-mail it brings up when you click download voucher? Seems a bit odd that! I'm not convinced it looks liek that will work if you just give that in when you get there!

If anyone has tried to redeem it then let us know your experience!

I was planning on giving the free meal voucher i won to someone, but i don't want to do it until i know a) it ill work and b) that they can use it despite not being me.

I don't see why not given that there is no name on the voucher or anything, but in the t & c's it says the person will need to show a passport or ID card to redeem!?

This is exactly what I'm worried about. I'm planning on taking my partner for a nice meal as we haven't had the opportunity to do it in forever. I'm scared that they're going to laugh in my face though so am planning on calling today/tomorrow to find out if they will accept it as my local is nowhere near London.

I haven't heard anything yet either and I won an overnight stay. I keep checking my emails but as another poster said, maybe there is no rush. Fingers crossed its real as I could do with a free night away!

Hi guys, Thanks op Ive also won a free 3 course meal for 2, but im a bit worried as the voucher isnt really a voucher, i personally cant see how these vouchers work as you could print it off many times. Has anyone actually redeemed theirs yet? I have messaged Novotel for a clear answer, just waiting for a reply.
