I'm sure you guys will know what's happened or what I may have done without realizing.
All of a sudden the arrow keys don't work for moving between cells.
Any ideas?

Likely hood is that you've hit the scroll lock key by accident.
Excel is one of the very few programmes that changes it's behaviour when it's pressed - specifically it stops the arrow keys from moving between cells.0 -
