Floors2Go - Refund

Hi all...
Hoping to get some advice regarding a refund from the mentioned company.
We've had a nightmare of a time with them.
We placed our order in store for an engineered wood floor costing £985.00 ex fitting.
The manager checked stock and advised that it was available. A date for fitting was arranged, but when the fitters arrived, i was told that the wood should have been delivered to my house a couple of day prior to the fitting day.
We didn't receive any communication about a problem.
After ringing the store and the head office, i was told that the wood i had purchased had been sold again to someone else. (is this theft?).
I negotiated an alternative (more expensive) wood which was in the showroom and had that delivered to my home ready for fitting.
Fitting was to commence on the Sunday and the fitters turned up.
Having taken one pack of wood out of the box, the fitters explained that it was unfit, with bows in it. I saw this for myself and most of the planks of wood were very bowed.
I called the store to request a full refund and for them to pick the wood up.
I was advised that a refund of that amount of money has to go through their head office and they were closed on Sunday.
I am now facing a visit to the store this evening, but want to prepare myself for more disappointment and excuses regarding a full refund.
Is there anything legally i can quote them if i do come up against a problem?
