Starting a small clothing company.

Hi all,
I would like to import clothing from Asia and resell them over here on a Facebook page and website page.
This wouldn't be in huge quantities possibly only in quantities of 20-30's.

What would I need to start this small company?
Is it worth while for a small profit?

I run a small business with relatively small profits but relatively little work, as it is its just a top up on the day job so all is good.
If it was my only income I would have problems, but with that I would have more time and probably push for more customers.
For the quantities it could be worth trying to sell on ebay first as getting your own page to stand out could be hard work.

Have you thought about this carefully?

Are you really planning on importing just 20-30 items at a go?
If so let's split the difference and say 25 pieces.

How may sizes are you planning on stocking? Lets be really conservative and assume you will only supply the main selling sizes, so lets say 5 different sizes.

How about colours? 5 different colours perhaps?

Well there's your 25 pieces and that's just in 1 style.
